Poor connectivity
This is the third Ultenic vacuum and every one has a problem with staying connected to the app. Takes days for the system to reset. So frustrating as the vacuum itself is really good, but piintless if it keeps dropping the wifiHarvey Badwal
Fix your app
No way to add a device. Have T10 but your app is terrible about connecting the device!!!!canozzkan

Have found this to be a great little machine. As l have out of action for 3 months it has done a great job from me controlling it from my armchair. Highly recommend itArlene58!

Awesome product and even better customer service
I have the Ultenic t10 and I thing it’s great, does all the jobs I need it to do in terms of vacuuming and mopping.
But what I am really amazed by is the customer service, whenever there is any issue with the robot I just use the chat function in the app and everything gets sorted very quickly even if it means the company sending me new parts to fix the robot.

Rubbish App
I have two T10’s and I have never been able to control them via the app. I have disable 5Ghz on the router so there is only 2.4 available but it still doesn’t work.
How can a manufacturer build a reputation when they don’t support properly.Ballacks
Was working well until the latest firmware update!
The unit would trundle around our whole ground floor area, moving round obstacles without and issues. However, since the latest firmware update it keeps going over the same small area again and again. I now have to keep picking it up and placing it at different point of the room. App utter garbage
Every time there is an update I have to reinstall my T10 as a new product. This time my router can’t even find the thing. The product itself is good, the app, once again, terrible.kev b 1954
