Cannot connect to WiFi
Frustrating that there are no instructions to connect to WiFi if there’s trouble. Its bricked a $750 robot vacuum. Contacting support is not helpful. “Cannot connect to hostname” error every single time.Dxnxa
Hasn’t worked since latest update
Since the latest update I haven’t been able to use my app. Please fix or advise on how to go back to previous version.pr94774$37
App does not work
Ever since updating the app, it says “abnormal data” when I try to use the app for my vacuum. Used to work perfect. I have even tried deleting my robot and re adding it. No luck. Please fixShayleemarieb1010109
Verging on useless
Not sure why so many features were removed in the latest version - like telling you what the problem with the cleaner is when it sits there beeping at you, but it is now completely useless. I’m on the verge of returning the cleaner because it doesn’t do what it is supposed to.Krytenk
Needs some improvement
Updates are welcome but still no single room/random button? Remote has this feature but app doesn’t?
The app is ok and is very similar to the smartlife/Tuya app. It doesn’t display correctly in those apps unfortunately but their is one problem that’s bugging me. When using with the Ultenic app the app has to be shut down and reopened to get current information on mapping and charge etc on the status of the robot. When registered to smartlife this doesn’t happen. Please update and fix this! Also a update to the robot D5s would be great to help it get out of troubleShow lessRob1284

I’m not sure why lots of people are having issues but my app and D5S has been perfectly fine. Updates are pushed out pretty regularly considering this is a fairly new start up company. The app shows me a map view of my vacuum when it’s operating and after it’s finished. It has a great feature which estimates the lifetime of the filter, brushes and sensor and tells you when it’s best to replace them. You can control everything you want from the app, even when you are outside of your local WiFi. I love the app and the vacuum and would highly recommend them.Show lessFgcbdhxfghv
Does the job for price
It doesn’t do mapping which is a shame but for the price point it’s fine . If you want efficient mapped cleaning then you need to pay more . Would be good however if they improved algorithm. I’ve had one firmware update already so looks like they are improving.DWTK
