Extraordinary Personal Support Staff
I had tried several times to get into the Saga app. This time I was going to see if the support staff would help me. My problem was complicated, but they kept at it from one afternoon and into the next morning. They were tenacious and gave clear instructions to me on what I needed to do. Eventually, they found the solution to my problem. I got into the right Saga account, and they deleted the other account. I've never had such excellent app support. We used Saga in an undergraduate history class to record oral histories of Japanese American elders who had been incarcerated during World War II. Especially in the midst of this pandemic, Saga provided an invaluable way to connect and preserve stories. I am so grateful for the technology that Saga has created!! It was so easy to use - the fact that we could easily record and share phone conversations was incredible. I am so looking forward to using Saga for all kinds of projects, personal and professional. And the Saga team is just the best. They fixed any tiny issues in a matter of hours and communicated so well. I appreciate how much they care about the mission behind their product. Thank you, Saga! I think of the hours I have spent capturing images of loved ones and it pales compared to the richness and depth of listening to the voices of my family that I can’t be with during these challenging times. Strangely, calling family members rarely elicits good stories, but SAGA does! I have laughed and cried hearing the answers from family. Some stories I have heard, and shockingly, some are new to me and just hit me where the longing for my loved ones is healed. Bless you, Saga, I can’t wait to have these voices in perpetuity! I’ve always cherished my parents stories and wanted to capture them. But I never got around to it. It’s tough to find the time and we live in different states. Enter Saga! My parents have loved telling stories and answering questions and I love hearing their memories in their own voice. The app is incredibly easy to use. And I love that there are question prompts to get started or you can also enter your own custom questions. Love this app!Show lessBonnieparker80

This is a really wonderful way to stay connected with your family and friends, especially during the pandemic! GREAT app and AWESOME customer service
My friend wanted to try Saga out because our group of friends are spread throughout the US west coast and Italy. Being in Italy makes things pretty difficult to troubleshoot but the Saga crew definitely was the SMOOTHEST customer service experience I’ve ever had!!
This definitely adds to the awesome app that allows me to stay connected with some of my best friends while being able to learn a little more about them and hear their voices. Even though we’re far in proximity we’re definitely closer because of this app!Show lessrawrcho

"I retired 4 years ago and the main reason was my parents are declining mom has dementia and I wanted to spend more time with them. Both are still alive and I am so glad to have the time with them. A singular way to get to know your family better
What a fantastic way to get to know each other! For a trans-continental, trans-cultural family this has been such a joy. Now we can ask all those little questions we usually forget to ask and explore all the nooks and crannies of our memories. Super recommend.Jhumane
Novel and Heartwarming
Saga is one of the rare apps I’ve come across that really felt like a new idea. Having spent some time with it over the last month it has lived up to the expectations. My family is spread around the country (and world) and Saga has been a unique way for us to connect. Stories that family members have shared have connected dots and helped us all better understand ourselves which is a really beautiful team.
