Great effort
This app is so helpful for me, with reminders and dissemination of disruption notices.

App freezes when asking to “rate the app”
The message pops up every time I get a message from the company app…so I decided to rate it to get the annoying pop up off…just have the app frozen 😀. Closed the app more than 3 time until finally “allows” me to rate it …because of that, you get 3 stars…do not ask to rate when starting the app you should wait after being used to ask… am just saying.Show lessMacambaNica

Reporting missed service or other problems should be one click. Instead I have to manually enter my contact information and type in an explanation. Every. Single . Time. This is idiotic. It’s an app. It’s linked to my account. I should press one button to report missed service. Figure it out.I already have a nickname

Should be able to use this application in landscape mode for iPad users.
Update 6/4/21 the application was updated yesterday for iPad horizontal landscape mode and is now very useful to iPad users! Its not often an application developer listens to the user like this! I changed my rating Thank you!nxkife,j03z
Good Work
I think you’ll are doing a great job..some trash falls to the side you don’t leave it laying in the street you pick up and put in truck. U put trash can back in the proper place..men are quite, trucks a little noisy but that’s how we know the jobs is getting done. Thanks for your service.Duckeydr
