Terrible app, terrible service

Avoid booking through this app at all costs. It crashes constantly and is very clunky. iPad app is the worst. If you want a walking tour look at the start time and meeting point and just go there. You will save the tour operator $3/person! Once this app becomes more reliable than it’ll be worth the referral fee. Until then let the venture capital people continue to fund this app

Great idea/service - poor app

Overall happy with the tour providers, but the point of this app is the technology itself. And it’s absolutely terrible.

IPhone app has buttons that are difficult to click. It’s like a square or icon has a tiny embedded hyperlink that causes a resulting page to load. It’s extremely frustrating to use.

IPad version is an afterthought. Crashes constantly and very clunky/slow to load UIs even on 1gb/s speed network.

We had Max as our tour guide - tour "Who murdered Caravaggio".
Max is an exceptional guide: has deep knowledge of history, art, Italy. Was keeping our interest every minute. Very professional and polite. Answers all questions.

We went on 2 walking tour in Rome, they were both brilliant. Definitely going to be using again.

Buggy and unreliable guided in Guatemala

The app is buggy and annoying to use. The “gurus” in Guatemala didn’t confirm the tours even though they advertised certain days/times. Two gurus that did confirm the bookings canceled last minute. I ended up hiring a normal tourist agency guide who charged about the same or less than what these gurus would’ve excepted in tips
