  • Godsend!

    Sean & Grant are amazing coaches. I like the 3 different programs offered (body weight/endurance/strength). The production value is crisp, clear & the absence of music makes these workouts timeless. The technique section on the app is nice to have to brush up on your form. I started my love affair w/ KB back in 2006 but over time, structured cycling classes drew me away. With no access to gym classes during the Pandemic, I dusted off my KB & found Kettlebell Swingers...I’m back, Baby!!😍

  • Finally, an app that makes you excited to work out at home!

    I have been a member at CPG for 3 years and have been hooked ever since. It is such a rare thing to find a gym with coaches that motivate you as an individual to better yourself, and who also create such a strong sense of community. And now they have captured all of this in an app! I never thought I would be able to consistently work out at home, until now!

  • Far More Than Just a Great Workout App

    Over the last 30 years, I’ve become increasingly more focused and driven to push myself, and consistently injecting new challenges and variety has been the key to sustaining the drive. I’ve also slowly built a decent home gym over all these years so a lot of options were always at my disposal. Despite the options, I never really enjoyed or felt as consistently pushed than when simply going through flows with kettlebells.
    In my search for next challenge, I luckily stumbled on the 14 day trial for the Kettlebell Swing app and quickly found myself dripping in sweat after every workout and loved it. It also isn’t just an app, and although I can now confidently say this is without question one the best workout apps in the store. It’s far more than just a workout app, it’s an actual gym in Chicago that has created a community I can only equate to those I’ve seen in Crossfit gyms. Multiple instructors in each workout motivating and instructing/training on a variety of options for each session. Everything about the experience has been so incredibly positive and I knew after only a couple workouts this was going to be something I wanted to continue using for the future. I’ve already recommended this to a number of my friends, and feel confident this is something anyone wanting to feel better about themselves should try.

  • Great workouts, fun team!

    I did the 14-day trial and had a blast! It was nice to throw something new into the routine and the instructors are so much fun. They make you forget about the pain lol. They’re also REALLY good about explaining the moves to people who are new to kettlebells. I’m currently considering the paid membership once I start getting regular paychecks again.

  • Better than Peleton and no need to buy a 2k bike

    The CPG team is a passionate group of coaches who take the ultimate pride in improving ones overall fitness. The workouts are fun and no two days were the same which creates a lot of diversity!! No space, no problem. You don’t need a lot of space do a kettlebell workout and the equipment is typically less than $100. But there’s always a body weight option so equipment is always optional!

  • Great home workouts!

    A great option for home workouts! Body weight and kettlebell options, great quality video, super excited and engaging coaches. The closes thing to having the community of CPG in my living room!
  • GREAT gym, GREAT app, GREAT workouts

    Hubby and I have been training with kettlebells at home for at least 10 years. We follow a couple of trainers but stumbled across CPG around quarantine. We are really enjoying these workouts! The workouts are suitable for anyone - whether you’re a kettlebell fanatic or not. It’s a great change of pace and ... get ready for a very sweaty very engaging workout every day ... these coaches bring ENERGY and POSITIVITY every single day. Their chemistry is authentic and the workouts are really well constructed. The app is great too... access to daily workouts, access to a library of mini workouts and various resources. Could not have come at a better time. Thanks Coach Grant and Coach Sean. One day...when I can visit Chicago... I look forward to drop in workouts at Chicago Primal Gym!

  • High Quality Workouts and Video

    Highest quality virtual workout production I’ve seen and great workouts too! CPG offers body weight, endurance, and strength options so it’s great for any level of fitness and you can scale based on the equipment you have. Highly recommend CPG.
  • Great for all levels!

    I’m a beginner and my boyfriend is experienced with kettle bells and we both got a lot out of the workouts. With body weight workouts as well as kettle bell work outs you don’t have to own a bell - but if you do decide to upgrade to the bell workouts they have plenty of tips and tutorials for how to do the exercises properly!

  • Love CPG!

    CPG has done an amazing job putting out daily workouts that are both challenging and fun! The coaches are encouraging, supportive and extremely knowledgeable. I love that they include the option of body weight/no equipment workouts, especially when doing these at home. They have very helpful and thorough videos teaching proper form for kettlebell exercises on the app. I love the sense of community that the coaches and members have created, and I am so excited to have joined this crew!
