  • Awesome On Demand Content!

    As working at home becomes more routine, I have been getting busier and busier, which sometimes results in me missing the regularly scheduled workout classes. 😕With this app that is no longer an issue! I can revisit the #dailyswing workout on demand at any time or if I don’t have time for the full class, I can do one of the many 20 minute flows they have created! I no longer have any excuse to not workout and that’s a good thing because the coaches at CPG make working out fun!! 💪🏼💗

  • This APP makes me hAPPy

    I travel for work and Kettlebell Swing is the perfect answer to working out on the road. I love that the on-demand classes have a body weight as well as a kettlebell option because I’m never sure what equipment the hotel’s gym will have. They also feature great tips and cues you can easily follow along with as well as warm up and cool down exercises. The coaches make it fun and motivating and it feels just like I’m in an actual class! No more excuses for not getting my workout in!

    As is the case with everything CPG does, this app is thoroughly thought out, planned, and packed with content to provide their members/consumers with a first-class kettlebell training/education system that is easy to follow and, often most important, easy to stick with! Workouts are great, and on-demand content is fantastic!

  • Makes it easy to workout

    I’ve been using this for the past two weeks to get in at home workouts, which is something I’ve never been able to do before consistently. It’s nice to truly not need any equipment to really get a good sweat, and to not have to think about counting reps/sets...all you have to do is hit play. Also appreciate the 20min workout options, for when I can’t get my brain to commit to 45min (even though they’re not really any easier, sneaky). Great energy and tips on form from the coaches also.

  • The best of my gym is now in my pocket!

    I have been a member of CPG for about two years now and have never looked back. The energy, passion and knowledge the coaches share is contagious and motivates me to reach my goals. I have become stronger and generally healthier the last 2 years and I have CPG to thank! I was someone that would go to the gym about 5-6 days a week, so when things began to shut down I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to get my strength workout in. However, as always CPG delivered and developed “The Daily Swing” which is included in this app. Everyday a new killer workout is delivered to me, each including different exercises for every skill level. I’m still able to get my energy packed workout in everyday on my schedule, so I can still reach my goals. The app also includes many beginner skill videos so you can learn the basics if you’re a kettlebell newbie.

  • Best virtual kettlebell workouts out there!

    I love kettlebell swing! I’m not a regular member at Chicago Primal Gym but wish I lived in Chicago so I could be! This app brings CPG conveniently to me and it’s fantastic! I’m experienced with kettlebells and have been using them for years, but this app brings a breathe of fresh air to my workout routine! It is great for all skill levels and is very easy to use. Awesome job to the staff on getting this app up and running so fast, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the future!

  • I love this app!

    I used to go to CPG when I lived in the city. I have struggled to find a workout that I loved as much since then. This app is just like being in the gym. It is a great workout with great energy. I always feel better after completing a workout. Thank you!

    This app is great. Very simple to use. It has everything from full workouts to quick 20 min sessions and breathing exercises. Definitely recommended for any level kettlebell swinger. Don’t have a kettlebell? There are body weight workouts too!
  • Great KB workouts

    The daily swing and app content has been great cross training for my marathon training and helping me add total body strength back in my routine. It makes kettlebell workouts more approachable and break down each move, and also offer body weight options. Thanks coaches!
  • Keep on swinging!!

    I miss going to the gym with this awesome group of coaches but this is such a good app to watch them doing what they do best. Love layout of the app and without being in class, it’s nice to go over the refresher videos that they have with going over get ups and swings.
