Hello Goldstar, I am writing this feedback in the hopes of at least returning my money back. I have scheduled 2 pre booked fares but then I found someone to give me a lift so I cancelled them (I paid for them with my card) and I didn’t get my money back. I called you guys and you said I should be getting it back in maximum 48 hours if not I should contact my bank. The times over - I didn’t contact my bank yet but are you serious? Nevermind the money but can you at least fix it? This is just stealing, I tried to pre book again btw and it said I didn’t have enough money (because I had to use the last of my money for those)
