Very efficient service
I was recommended to Cross Street. Based on my first few journeys I would recommend them myself to others. The app is easy to use, you can see all your booking history, pre book your taxi, track your driver when booking is active and make all payments through the app. The drivers I have had have all been friendly and considerate.

So, an entirely pointless app.
If you need the back story: Prebooked a taxi via the app for 6pm (at 16:15), got a text 10mins later saying taxi would be 30mins late, 30mins later a text saying the driver has logged off so the taxi is cancelled.
