Adding passport number!!
I can’t see an option where I can add my passport number. As it is necessary for the vaccination certificate.

I can’t get my vaccination certificate because the app doesn’t show me the option to create it. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.

Does not work
Requires a text message verification with no alternative. Text message does not go through despite repeated attempts on various devices / wifi etc.
Verification message won’t send

Tam bir fiyasko aplikasyon. Bir yıl geçti hala verifikasyon hatası veriyor. Hala kayıt olamıyorsunuz. Diğer bir problem aplikasyonun otomatik dil seçmesi. Kendi dilimi kendim belirlemek isterdim. Eğer telefonunuzu İngilizce kullanıyorsanız aplikasyon otomatik İngilizce başlıyor ve size seçenek sunmuyor dili değiştirebilmek için. Tek kelime ile berbat. E-devlet üzerinden hes kodu almışsanız onu buraya entegre etmiyor sizi yeni hes kodu almaya zorluyor. Buda diğer bir saçmalık.

Giriş formu sorunlu
Tek tek kontrol ederek, türkçe karakter kullanarak her şeyi doğru girdiğim halde türkiye giriş formu "your identity could not be verified" diyor. App icin zaten verification yapilmisti ama form icin başka sistem var demek ki ve orada bir hata var benim bu hatayı tahmin etmem gerekiyor. Eski tip nüfus cüzdanım ve türkiye numarası olmayan telefonum olduğu icin, kimlik seri no ve telefon no olabilir diye düşündüm. "Telefon no gerekmiyor, her şeyi doğru girin" gibi baştan savan bir cevap aldım. Her şeyi doğru girdiğime ben eminsem, siz sisteminizi ne zaman düzelteceksiniz ki acilen ülkesine anne babası icin giden vatandaşınıza yola çıkmadan büyük stres ve eziyet etmeyin. Neyse büyük bir ayrıcalık böyle gereksiz stres çekmek, ülkeye girmeden insana hatırlatıyor oradaki yaşamın stresini. insallah sorun olmaz toplam 6 günlük adil ziyaretim.
