    App tracks my movements and helps me achieve my walking goals.
    The sleep function is a bit more hot and miss. For some reason it only registers I’m asleep after my regular bathroom trip around 1am. I’ve usually had about 2 hours in bed before that! Doesn’t really matter but it’s puzzling.
  • Good app

    The app is good but the latest update has changed a few things that I don’t like. The dots on the heart beat graph are difficult to see what the heart rate is and at what time. There is a tiny box at the top of the graph saying the heartbeat beat but its not very clear. I preferred the graph when it was a line. Heartbeat is now read up to an hour every hour, was better when I could have it reading it at every two hours, that choice has been taken off.
    Other than that the app seems good.

  • Connection to app very intermittent!

    This is my second Radley Smart Watch. I returned the first as it was not charging. This one charges fine so far but does not always connect to the app. I can go a week and no connection, then it connects. Audio better for connecting. I can tell the time (but not in sunlight) and steps shown. Only 3 stars because they exchanged the first one although not had any problems connecting that one! Very disappointed!

  • If I could give 0 stars, I would.

    I am very disappointed in this watch, the main reason for buying this was the cute dog faces.
    However even though I have set my screen to the dog face I wish to see, the watch/app decides it knows better than me and resets to another random face which I don’t want. Also what’s the point of having to long press the watch screen several times a day to change the watch face or having to re download the face from the app when I have previously chosen the face I want.
    If this wasn’t a gift I would have returned it by now.
    I am considering reporting this to Trading Standards as the functionality that was advertised I.e cute dog face clearly does not work.

  • Absolute Rubbish DO NOT BUY

    I’ve only had the watch 6 months it is rubbish, I’m having to continually re-set it, it constantly wipes out all my info keeps reverting back to a different date, my battery level is always sufficient as I ensure I charge it! It won’t save the watch face I select! The strap has scuffed and lost its colour! Reading the reviews on here it seems I’m not on my own there are loads of people with the same issues, obviously a problem with the watch! I would give zero stars if I could! I contacted the email address given on other people’s reviews, explained I had tried all the troubleshooting options but made no difference, got a reply telling me to try the troubleshooting options, absolute rubbish! DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH😡

  • Bugs galore

    Love the watch and the features are good.
    No point setting a watch face, cause it changes through out the day on its own.
    It also clears itself and reverts to midnight on occasions, which is really annoying if you haven’t synced watch to the phone to save a really good hike. You lose your steps and your streak.
    The fact it doesn’t automatically sync is a bit of a pain too, cause if you don’t do it or forget before midnight, you lose your steps also.
    Lots off improvement needed. Real shame

    thank you for your feedback. Holding the home screen of your watch for 3-5 seconds will allow you to alternate between the available pre-set dials on your watch. Please ensure when the preferred face is selected, you only “quick press/swipe” the home screen. Holding your finger on the home page for too long will initiate a dial change. Additionally, if your watch or phone dies or there is an update this will soft reset your watch resetting your dial. The watch resets at midnight so the steps don't add previous days steps together we suggest logining into the app daily.
  • It’s ok

    I really wanted a different smart watch to Fitbit and couldn’t afford apple so went with a radley. The watch is nice and seems to be accurate on the steps. It doesn’t like water that much though even though it says it’s safe to use but mine has a bit of a fit in the shower and somehow managed to reset itself!
    Could do with a few more nice Radley watch faces to pick from though beings how it’s a Radley watch 😊

  • This app does everything I need & works well

    I have the Radley series 19 smartwatch. A nice improvement on my series 7. The app has had better upgrades as well. Now you can create a proper watch face from scratch rather than just using a picture. This aspect could use some improvements such as giving the option to make battery, date, steps and other details larger or smaller. The ability to change hand colours as well as the pointer would give an overall professional look to the watch face. Removing the footsteps and calender icons would also be beneficial to a clean look, as this spoils the design. I don’t think some of the sports features are exact in measurements but that’s not so important for me. As long as I get a rough idea of my steps and sleep data I’m good. For me this watch is all I need it to be. I love that I can make and receive calls through my watch and receive messages. Would be nice to have the additional feature to send voice texts as well but maybe that will come in the next series. All in all it’s a great watch for the price and the app works perfectly well for someone who doesn’t need anything too complicated. A few tweaks to the watch face design facility would be great. Thanks

  • Not very good

    I’ve had this watch for four months lower spec good price £40 ish paid only wanted the sleep and steps then anything else was a bonus. It has not really given me anything as I have to charge it every other day it has taken over two days to charge some times it’s off more than on. The watch side has snapped when putting the strap on and the strap has gone a dirty shade of gray and I can’t clean it. But to sum it up… it was ok for a few weeks and now I’ve stopped charging it and am looking for a replacement.

  • Worst watch ever

    I wouldn’t recommend this watch at all, it looks nice but the strap easily scrapes off the top layer of material. it doesn’t hold battery for any longer than 2 days, I bought it 3 months ago. It keeps changing all the settings I put it at so I need to reset it constantly. Does not record my heart very often, rarely records sleep pattern and not very accurate with step count.
    When outside and in daylight you can’t read the screen and doesn’t notify me of texts even when set to do so. I emailed the company with all the issues and explained everything I tried to resolve the issues and the responded by repeating all the things I already said I had tried.
    DO NOT WASTE your money. If I could have found my receipt I would have got my money back. I would rated it zero stars if possible
