Disappointed
First day of having this device, it does not stay connected to phone. Bluetooth is on but the watch says it’s not connected.Slrk13

Not only can I not get it to sync to anything on my phone even after watching utube videos.... there is no where to get help in the app either. Product looks good but definitely does not function well at all. Should of spent the money on an actual Apple Watch!sucker just like you

App will not connect to FX88 watch.
The watch fully connects to the phone and synced the address book, receives calls and text messages. However, not being able to connect to the app severely limits the watches capabilities. Running iOS 14.1 on iPhone 7.dlb0758

Not Happy
This watch is not what they chalk it up to be!! It has terrible battery life, doesn’t record your sleep, and it only gives you a “template” of choices when you are texting a person back.Natisha85
A little disappointed
I love the watch other then it’s not monitoring my sleep I would also like to have the option to switch to imperial instead of metric and Fahrenheit instead of Celsius in the weather but this watch is now useless to me because I got it to monitor my sleepMarlee66689
