No Control Without internet access
It is extremely disappointing that I can't control my earbuds without internet access. Why would anyone need internet access to change earbuds settings??

Connect issue
Only one earbud can connect at a time, there should be an option in the app, where you can connect both at the same time. Other than the the app has good features, and good sound options.

No notifications on qcy smart watch with iphones
Terrible app
Doesn’t work unless there’s an active internet connection. Doesn’t work if connected to a VPN. Constantly asks for location permission. Half the time, even after all that, it still can connect to the headphones. Thankfully you don’t have to use it often, and the headphones themselves are quite good.

These QCY earphones don’t work, it said the Bluetooth function was gone, I have an iPhone XR… nearly latest iOS I don’t know the issue, other than that the app functions good, and has high quality voice effects

Watch not working
I bought QCY Watch GTS yesterday. It worked fine for one day. Until I updated system to the latest version, which was recommended by app. After the update it stopped working. Now what should I do?
