Watch not working
I bought QCY Watch GTS yesterday. It worked fine for one day. Until I updated system to the latest version, which was recommended by app. After the update it stopped working. Now what should I do?
The functions it offers are great but needs some work

It displays an error when i go to the EQ change page .

YOUR APP IS NOT WORKING.
I bought the QCY HT05 last week and it was working fine until you updated your app. Now I can no longer open the app, it keeps on loading forever. I canโt properly use ANC either. FIX THIS ASAP.

most of the time the application does not recognize the ht07. so your ANC functions are useless
Synchronization is too slow
Your apps has a big problem,, Earbuds & apps synchronization is too slow, even sometimes it doesn't work..please solve this major issue.
