My Steps
This app is good and I like what it’s about but it doesn’t always track my steps correctly. My Apple Watch will have way more steps and tell me I meant my gold and this app will have me approaching it.69minnxxx

Great app until it wasn’t
I loved this app for about 8 mos and got 5 of my coworkers to download and use it. We would have competitions at work and we all loved it. One day it just stopped updating. I lost my parrot and my background that I had worked for. I deleted the app then tried to download it again, but I can’t get it using the same phone number I had used the first time I used the app. I reached out to support on Discord and they are super slow to respond, sometimes a week or more. Nothing they have told me to do has worked. This happened to me about 6-8 weeks ago and now my coworkers are all having the same problem with the app not updating with their workouts. I’ve completely deleted the app and I honestly miss it. It seems that the developers don’t care at all about the app anymore. Once they updated and took away the coin rewards for liking other people’s workouts, it went downhill fast.Show lessParkle16
Can’t access it
I have now been able to fill something in to give my email to join a waiting list although i was already a member but as i had to reset my phone - trying for weeks to access again - I have sent emails - been ignored - terrible customer serviceelliegju

It says I need to be 13+ but I’m 12 ? Can 12 year olds not have an option to easy access of losing weight and it won’t even let me use anything on the app anymoreIcouldntgiveita0soigiveita1

With the updates glitches
With updates glitches. Last update lost my parrot, this update lost my winter wonderland scene in environments. Need to fix glitches in the updates. The app works and is fun, but getting coins is difficult since you took away liking activities on feed. So adding up coins takes forever so you can purchase anything and when you lose it very frustrating after an update.Show lessCheddar Luna
Love It So Much!
I absolutely love this app! It’s fun and reminds me of my younger days when I had a Tamagotchi. I’m eager to feed and make my monster happy but working out.
I wish there were more things to “Buy” with the earned coins. Maybe athletic gear, music to play on screen with avatar, more pets, etc.
Either way, it’s AWESOME and it makes me HAPPY! 💞Show lessEvetyas

I wish they would get this short fix. They last update it quickly shut off so no one has any clue what percentage they are at. Can you please fix that.ruthrabbit
