I installed the app successfully in Saudia and after returning to the U.K. I uninstalled the app as I understood the app works in the U.K. after initially registering in Saudia which is a pre requisite for first time registration. I have now reinstalled the app and added my passport, region and password but for one week it says “ Service is not available paltry again later”. Please fix this issue as it’s annoying that I cannot login despite having registered in Mecca a few months ago.Show lessI.z.t
Cant sign up
Tried signing up with 3 different phone numbers and non of them worked it kept asking me to check my details that are 100% rightAhmedmedomohmd
Battery killer
Why does the app need to know my location all the time? My phone battery always needs charging. Please change the settings so the app only tracks your location when it is active, or better still, remove the need for location services.Shhdnx

Horrible!!!!
Registered with Muqeem before travelling. Fully vaccinated and when we arrived it was showing purple for my status. I called and they gave me a run around from twakkalna to ministry of health and from them to Muqeem. Until my trip was over after seven days. Absolutely horrible and they ruined our trip because we came after three years.Show lessMax Sher
Bugs
It’s bugging and always kick me out of the app although I’ve new iPhone and last version of the ios and the app but still kicking me out and won’t work I can’t visit any place unless i use the browser and it’s works one and won’t work 10 timesKhalid ibrahem Aljabri
The app uses a LOT of battery in the background
Unfortunately, when I go to my battery usage settings, it’s shows that almost 20% of my battery usage is Tawakkalna being used in the background.
This is a horrible experience for users.
Please optimise your app for more efficient power usage.Think_hard
Keeping us safe
Not sure why people are having an issue with this app. It’s always been stable for me including scanning QR codes and exiting automatically. Plus it has iqama/istimata etc details. Thank you KSA for keeping us safe during the pandemic. Glad I was here and not in my home country during this time.Simon Horsey
Lack of understanding of the management
Came from uk with two vaccines completed initially it was fine since 1st of feb it is showing incomplete vaccinations and having difficulty using tawakalna due to lack of understanding of the management staff.Uk Visitor 2022
