Buggy and no way of using offline
First it told me to isolate and get a test, directly after arriving fully tested and vaccinated. Then it expects an internet connection, when data on EE is £50 for 200mb add-on. It randomly asks you questions which you answer and it tells you in red that something went wrong. All this while at the from of a queue to get access to a building. Constant surveillance
Ever since I installed this app my phone’s battery depletes much quicker. Even when it’s just running in the background. Other apps use location services all the time but none of them are so heavy on the battery.

Horrible travelling experience
Terrible Horrible and much more as it has ruined our entire trip. And there’s no help available at all. The app was green first day then started showing purple. We are fully vaccinated and had done PCR testing. We have talked with Muqeem, Tawakalna, and ministry of health and one another ministry they all are saying we are good as we have all the documents and 3 vaccinated with Pfizer. But they can’t help us to correct the app status. We have no choice but to cancel remaining trip if they allow us to leave the country.Show lesswater lina
Latest version 3.4.0
Another app that fails QC. Using latest version of iOS 15.3 and app fails to open and reverts back to the Home Screen. I wish there was a previous version as I know it still works. Now I’m locked away and can not go to the store without fighting with the security guard showing my CDC card or logging into the web version. Nightmare
I wouldn't even give this app 1 start.
I downloaded the app and followed all the instructions we were told.
Arrived in Saudi Arabia and the app is telling me to quarantine and have a PCR test.
I arrived from Uk fully vaccinated with PCR test done.
There is no one to help you here in Saudi Arabia with this app. They give you a number I and some other group members have called but no answer via phone or email.
We went to ministry of haj and umrah in Madina and we're not allowed in and we're laughed at. If this app does not work there no help for you and you cannot do anything here as everyone wants to see this app.
I am extremely sad as I am coming to end of stay in madina and unable to visit the holy mosque. Please please create a help line that will answer your call to help people when there is clearly a glitch on your system.Show lessRukhshandah
Unable to create an account
I’m planning to visit KSA and it’s required to download the app and create an account, but I tried so many times with no luck, keeps getting generic errors with no explanation what’s wrong!
I guess I’m going to wait till I arrive to Saudi Arabia then try with a local number.

App shows grey unknown status
My app showed green colour before but now it just shows unknown grey status and isn’t working at all. I had travel plans which have now been affected since trains and buses require tawakkalna app. Totally upset as a tourist and disappointed at lack of solutions offered.zee deen

This app is being misused by the authority and it is causing tremendous hassle to people everywhere they go. It is causing a lot of disturbance and unjust treatment. It is a shame that Apple is allowing these Apps on its platform to be used in this unjust way against its customers. I hope Apple would take down this app as it poses a violation against human rights. If Apple lets this continue to occur, I will have no choice but to boycott Apple and all its products because it is creating these annoying apps that the authorities are using to harm people.Show lessOmarx26
Impossible to fix problems
I came to Saudi for a short vacation. The app changed me from immune to not immune and I have, so far, been calling Muqeem, try MOH & tawakalna. Everyone says that tawakalna has to manually input my Muqeem reference number but they refuse. I can’t go anywhere or do anything and no one is helpingAl_Andalusia
