No driver, no notification

Scheduled a car 3 hours in advance, received confirmation a couple of hours out that a driver had been assigned. When the booking time came up now showing as no booking assigned and no notification/time. Clearly work needed.

Non-Functional Service In Larnaca

Attempted to order a taxi 3 times, and not a single time a cab ever showed up to central locations in Larnaca. Ordering in advance doesn’t help either as I almost missed a flight doing so. Avoid it and use Bolt instead.

Don’t use

The way the UI is later out makes you top up before you order a taxi. I topped up €24 to then be told there’s no drivers (Sunday 16:20 for context)

Miserable app and miserable drivers.

I would not trust this app. Drivers do whatever they want. The app pickup time isn’t close to accurate. Do not depend on to take you to an airport.

Don’t bother

Cancel last minute, never any drivers available, add random charges to your price. Ridiculous service. Just wait for a taxi.

We clearly state which areas we operate in and in some of them it's best to create a prebooking to ensure there is a driver on time to pick you up. You can order or preorder a taxi with CABCY app for your rides in:⠀ ◾️ Nicosia and district,⠀ ◾️ Limassol city and district,⠀ ◾️ Larnaca city and district,⠀ ◾️ For transfers between cities, including going to/from Paphos and Agia Napa (for example from Nicosia to Agia Napa or from Paphos to Limassol),⠀ ◾️ For airport transfers. ⠀ In regards to the driver adding extra charges, please send us more details and we will look into your ride and do our best to resolve.
