Horrible customer support - avoid at all cost
It has been 12 days now and i’m still waiting for them to “investigate” for my refund as dtiver showed up with no baby car seat and we got stucked at the airport after a full day of travel with no alternative
Beware! Get Transfer is a Scam!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Get Transfer. What seemed like a convenient service quickly turned into a nightmare. They charged me for a transportation that was never done and customer service was nonexistent.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I have been told they would do an investigation. that led nowhere. It happened in July and still no response from the company.
I’ve had much better experiences with other transfer services like Uber, and I would recommend steering clear of this one.
Save your time, money, and peace of mind by choosing a more reputable company.

Scam scam scam, look at the driver’s app ratings.
They don’t pay their drivers, I’ve been waiting on my payment for 1 month now. Please be very careful guys. Drivers are hurting because of this. The company don’t care, they keep telling you to contact finance side, no response for weeks at a time.
We give you exceptional service that’s why the riders side rating are up, but look at your drivers side of the app rating on the App Store. This is a very heartless company, how dare you owe us money and still expecting us to keep running around for rides. You’re very evil and heartless. I wish there was a way I can post proof on here. Very heartless people, especially whoever low life CEO. This is wickedness in its purest form. We have families depending us. Heartless individuals, very heartless.
