Never connects
Managed to get the camera to connect once after a few tries and now it won’t connect at all. Finds the camera, attempts to connect then fails. Not worth itsshents
Horrible video file search results
This thing works ok and easy to setup. Searching for files does not list them in order of newest to oldest. They are scrambled up! It’s frustrating when you need to go back! Please fix this!RBrashear68
FIX IT! RIP OFF
It worked fine for a couple of days! But after that the connection between the device and yours is gone! The app is simple, but what is the point if the app stops connecting with the camera? Is there anyway to get a refund or a voucher because this feel like a rip off invention of a device. No offense.Show lessHwahahahahe
Sound doesn’t work
Supposed to be able to hear sound while live viewing but I’ve never been able to hear anything.Godlyvibrations
App update terrible
I have never had a issue with this app for my camera in years but the latest update made it wonky. I used to be able to click the arrows on the corner and then turn my camera sideways to view a larger screen. Now it stays the same only enlarges making it blurry! Terrible!lin7604
Constantly losers connection
If you have multiple motion detections to watch you have to close the app and reconnect to it to watch the next one and so on and so on. Very frustratingDjspete
Live view is about all it is good for
This app works, but is much more annoying than satisfying. Lots of issues with the app. If you use it in live view it does good, but anything other than that it is barely usable.theresalwaysacritic
Works Well and Connects Easily
Overall, it works well. I just wish that when we are transferring files, that there was a way to select multiple files at once so we don’t have to select and download one file at a time.mistergato2020
