Turn your phone's camera into a smart motion-capturing mirror to take your workouts to the next level.
Transform your home fitness routine using Powermove's interactive home workouts that provide real time repetition counting, encouragement, and form feedback. The entire workout experience is built to simulate the motivation of having a real-time fitness trainer guiding you.
SUPPORTED DEVICES: Powermove is currently supported on the iPhone 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, XR, XS, XS Max, X, 8, 8 Plus as well as several iPads.
CURATED WORKOUTS: Powermove includes a variety of short but effective home workouts to ensure that you can accomplish your fitness goals. This includes no-equipment HIIT, short BPM boosters, total body bootcamps, butt workouts, and upper body workouts. We also offer resistance band and miniband workouts that are ideal for doing at home.
DIFFICULTY LEVELS: Each workout comes multiple difficulty levels, ranging from beginner to very intense. As you get stronger and better at accomplishing a workout, the A.I. will suggest you to move up to a difficulty level.
A.I. REAL TIME FEEDBACK: Our entire A.I. runs locally on your phone to ensure privacy. As you workout, the A.I. tracks your repetitions and provides real time feedback and form correction. Instead of using computer generated audio, all of our audio is recorded by a real-life fitness trainer.
APPLE WATCH SYNC: During your workout, you can sync your Apple Watch to track your BPM in real time.
HEALTHKIT ACTIVITY SYNC: Automatically sync your workout back to your Apple Activity tracker.
WORKOUT ANALYTICS: The real time tracking of your repetitions allows us to provide you insights and analytics that were never before possible. Measure your completion, repetition count, and body strain along with basic metrics such as calorie count, duration, and average BPM.
