Keeps getting worse
Was great when they first revamped it - could see all accounts, transfer money, pay bills.
Latest update is a mess, some buttons don’t work, now there’s an annoying Home Screen instead of a simple (useful) account listing - I suspect so that they can shove ads for their loan products in my face.
If next update is even worse then I may look for another bank to hold my money in.Show lessapplecrispinchat
Big time saver
Love this way to bank. All my accounts are connected and it’s a breeze to transfer funds, pay loans, and deposit checks. It’s convenient to check on the app if a check has cleared too!GlassesGirlMCO

This bank is the best! Love the app…especially the deposit feature. By taking a picture of a check, I can deposit from my home!! Love it!!! The gals at our local branch in Auburn, NY are so friendly and helpful, also.Scrappergram56
Cumbersome non-intuitive app
Setting up autopay, changing banks then resetting up autopay just to pay off car loan, managing resolution for accidental late payment - each of these situations required calling for assistance because the app is not intuitive, and then hard to get ahold of them because they are only available to field calls during bankers hours (I get the irony stating that), but a lot of us work bankers hours and that becomes difficult, other lenders and banks would have extended hours for customer service calls. I have not been happy with the experience with this bank. The staff I've spoken with have been very kind and helpful, but it should not have to go that far where I'm speaking in person with someone no matter how kind they are when the app should take care of that and save me time.Show lessCSCorbridge

Five Star
This app does everything I need it to do. The ability to transfer money across accounts is big for me, and this set up is pretty simple. I like the recent ability to categorize expenses, although the manual portion of this feature suddenly stopped working for me and remained “grayed” out. Not sure if it is user error or something changed…it still does it automatically but it is not always accurate.Show lessCpt800

Glitches and updates
I’ve been using this app for a while now and it keeps glitching and saying that I have the money when I don’t and it also doesn’t update as well. It updates very slow like a few days too. Mostly great, definitely huge improvement over the last set up. Its nice to see (almost) all of my accounts in one spot. I’d love to see a better bill pay system…it’s not very user friendly.3kathleen3
