The worst, will cost you a lot of money and stress
They blocked my account for no reason, nobody responds and I am loosing my clients at this moment!! I don’t receive new messages and cannot access any chat! Terrible service, if you care for your clients don’t use wati!!!!
Perfect for business
I had tested a lot of WhatsApp implementation for business to have multiple agents. This is probably the easiest to setup in my opinion. It is not perfect and the UX is a bit clunky but it does what it says well.
I hope future updates bring a smother UX an even iPad version.

You have to pay to use the main features of the app
Signed up very excited to see this app existed ! They don’t mention that you have to pay for app in the description and they give you a 7 day trial that doesn’t allow you add team members or even message people.
