Not user friendly
Hard to find any illustrated instruction. No way to use the activation code. Would definitely not recommend this telescope.Eyore75
Doesnt work
Cannot get the activation to register, it just keeps scanning. Something to do with the app. Tried on two different iPhones. The telescope works good though..omgwtfffffff???
Doesn’t activate.
Unable to scan the activation code provided. No support from the company beyond a chat robot that either says,”Unable to understand...” or “Pleasure to help” when you try to talk to it. Button for human rep just kicks you out of the chat. Sigh.Azrcd

Really Frustrating
