Good game with some fun.
Different opinion from some others. I feel this claw app is pretty reasonable. 140 free gems is better than most other similars, which you can play up to 7 times for free according to the prize gem value. Prizes' gem value is 20-35 for most. Not bad at all. It also has an up-down view to help aim the target in a better way, clear and closer, and I do think it blows out most others I've ever played. For claw machine game, to be honest, I don't expect to claw prize without paying anything, you buy some gems, try your chance, and catch the prize and enjoy the fun experience. It's fair. Overall, I like this app and recommend. By the way, they have Excellent customer services.

Deceptive
The developer said in a recent review reply that they were changing the amount of gems you get to 200 when starting, it was less than 200. After you get a prize, it makes the claw significantly weaker to prevent you from getting your prizes.
Seems rigged
I agree with all of the other posts here - the claw grabs the prize and picks it up, then immediately opens and drops it, this happened to me 4 out of 5 chances I tried. They have a “beginners” sections, which of course is the one I won. The “beginner” section claw doesn’t open until the prize is above the chute. But once you win there, that section disappears. Any other claw I played grabbed the prize, lifted, and opened. I wouldn’t spend my money here. Only gave 2 stars bc I like the camera views. Makes it easier.

Decent and great custom service
It's a decent game. I did catch prizes. Also, I emailed few times asking questions about the shipping, and they're very responsive and explained properly. Recommendate!
Deleted it right away.
So I was trusting this app for a bit playing attempting and trying over and over doing pretty well until I caught the prize and the claw machine picked it up yep then dropped it on purpose. I’m rating this a one because I feel like the app is just doing too much and not really trying to give away any prizes at all.

SCAM DO NOT GET NO MATTER HOW MANY GOOD REVIEWS
After you get your first prize you get all excited and then see you need 2 minimum prizes to ship and think to yourself. “Ah yes Ill just win another since the grip on the claw was so good the first time. Its so easy”. After the first prize its nearly impossible to win again. The claw is extremely weak and even if you get a PERFECT grab it randomly opens up and drops your prize. Then after you use your coins you get about 4 coins every 24 hours so it takes days to get to have ONE single try again unless you spend money. They know what their doing. Scammers. :)

DOESNT WORK
So, this game is crap and I do not recommend. Half thee cameras do won’t and just say loading. The camera freezes. I couldn’t move the claw even though I had 18seconds left! I wasted time and space on this game. If I could rate negative, I would.
Weak Claw
Hello!! I love the game it’s just after the first prize the claws become extremely weak I have videos of me holding a plush by its head in no way it could fall and the claw opened up it just frustrates me but besides that thank you for making this amazing game!!!!
Coolest app ever!
I was blown away by this! Not only from a regular users standpoint, but from a programmers perspective, this app is super high-tech! Blown away at the mechanics and real life animations! I’ve never seen anything quite like this, especially for a crane type game! Which was always some good entertainment when waiting for your food at a specific diner, or arcade area. Aside from that, the gameplay is addicting! Making me want to continuously keep playing. Having a choice of different themes was a nice touch to put something fresh on something classic 😏. 100% highly recommended!!

Great Game
The idea of the app is great. I can play claw machine on my mobile without going to the mall. The app let you catch substitution items in stead of the product being listed, which I think is good, so that you have more choice but not just plushes, like pencil case, music box, mugs, etc. Overall, I like the app and recommend.
