Ridiculously complicated and nonfunctional

After two tries six months ago, I gave up. Now they told me it was improved so to try again. I did so, and upon loading the new app, there is only a title screen with a section that says “need help?” And directs me to call a phone number. In the video instructions online the title screen is supposed to have a “link account” button, and it does not exist when I open the “new” app. Back on the shelf it goes.

From bad to worse

When I heard the app was updated, I was hopeful it would be usable this time. When I redownloaded it a few minutes ago, it is worse than it was before and just has a blank white screen with the company logos on it. It would be great to use this program if they can ever get the app and fitness tracker interface to work.

Doesn’t work

App opens and just stays on the home screen. I can’t even try to sign in.

Worst app ever

How can you ever say this was an improvement it’s worse and it was pretty bad before this is horrible. It just keeps open and screen after screen after screen after screen after screen after screen screen after screen screen I mean come on how hard can it be to fix it and make it run correctly? It’s not that much to it.

Went from bad to unusable

I downloaded the app several months ago, and although it was a pain because I had to log out to login with a lengthy process that took me through multiple screens. I was excited to follow the prompts to re-download the app for anyone who downloaded before June 2024 for “improved usability”. Now when I login and go through the same arduous steps I did before to finally get to the forward page to see my progress, I find my self in a loop where I have to log in again and again and again, never making it to the focus fwd page.

Worthless app

Cant link accounts even after going through all the steps, linking account just prompts to redownload the apps.

Can’t login!

Login still doesn’t work correctly… followed instructions but no link button appeared on the benefits>focusfwd page as they say

App doesn’t work

Login process is overly complicated and not intuitive. Further, once actually logged in, the page only shows a white screen, nothing exists. Guess it’ll be good for an old school “flashlight” app 😂
