Upset customer !!!!
I downloaded the app for my kid , we did the free trial and she did not like it . I deleted the app off of my phone and noticed I am still being charged monthly for a app that not only am I NOT using but a app that’s not even on my phone anymore !!!!!! RIDICULOUS!

Multiple monthly charges
App charged my credit card 5 times (7.99 each charge) in a two month period. App works great but I did not anticipate a week “ usage” fee. I have canceled the app. It is good but not that good.

My daughter LOVES THIS APP ! I did the free trial but can’t afford to pay the subscription right now 💔 which is sad because this is a great educational fun thing for my child during quarantine but all around a GREAT app !

Love the app itself so far. Although I did get a subscription and exit out of the app and now it’s saying that I don’t have a subscription which is a super bummer

Collects money but never allows you to use the game
I have paid for this subscription and it will not allow me to use the game it just keeps asking me to pay again. Very horrible app

How can I unsubscribe ?
Hello, I used my first trial week and being charged for second week. I never even create a profile. After first week passed I must be restricted access to the game. Instead, I’ve got a charge $7.99 per week. I tried to find a way in Apstore but got lost. Please help me to unsubscribe! Thank you !

I paid for 6 months on my daughters iPad. Why can’t I access it from my iPhone if it’s the same Apple ID. And the app itself tells me I’m already subscribed yet doesn’t let me access the app.
