How do I even make an account it doesn’t give me an option

No sound
This app has no sound, literally just purchased. Every other app i have has sound but this one, I’ve checked both my sound and the setting on the game, no sound still.

Cancel my subscription
I am trying to cancel my subscription, how do I cancel my subscription? I am in the 7 days of free trial. But I want to cancel it now, my son did not show any interest in this application.

Sadly we wont be staying cause we can’t afford a subscription right now. They really need to make things like this free for children to learn. My son starts kindergarten this coming year 2021 and he is a bit behind on some things and this would be perfect but just like ABC mouse u have to has a subscription and we sadly can’t not everyone is able to spend money on a subscription. 😢

Frustrated feeling like I’ve been scammed
I purchased the lifetime app thinking I could use it on any device connected to my Apple ID unfortunately not the case wish I had read the reviews first it won’t give me access to all activities and keeps telling me my email can not be recognized I’ve communicated with support and feel that I’m getting system generated response I purchased it back in February and my kids can’t even enjoy it I’m very disappointed

Here are some measures you can take to resolve the issue occurred: 1) First of all, Re-log into your Apple ID and try again (Settings > iTunes & App Store). 2) Reinstall the app 3) Restart your iOS device 4) Go to the Settings section in the app and tap "Restore Purchase" to regain the items again. Overcharged multiple times
I was charged multiple times for this app and I have no recollection of ever approving this. Hundreds of dollars should be refunded to me and I have no idea how to contact the company.

Great app but won’t let me make a profile
Unfortunately I bought the lifetime access and I can’t make an account with my email and password . To use on another device . Not good at all

Nothing free
They have a 7 day free trail but u have to input all ur info. Like come on? All other kids apps at least have one or two things free and then you pay to unlock the other stuff. I’m not inputting my info before I can even check out something! That’s wrong on so many levels. They won’t even let you INTO THE APP before you subscribe smh
