  • It doesn’t recognize my email

    Before I purchase this app, I put in my email address but now it tells me that the email is incorrect. So, how do I fix that? Because I want to install it on my kids tablet and enter my email so I don’t have to pay for it again. Any help pls?

  • I’m tired of money hungry Learning Apps

    It really bums me out that these learning apps that are supposed to be designed to assist your children in the learning process and bridge the gap from home and school learning but all they seem to care about is money. You can’t even try out the games before you pay for something that is virtually ineffective. I’ve paid for the yearly subscription for our daughter and its just pointless she still doesn’t have access. I get a Wi-Fi symbol with a sad face and no explaination of what that means. I checked the Wi-Fi in our house and its connected and our devices are working fine so I’m not sure what’s the issue. Im just really disappointed.

  • Extremely Frustrated

    I downloaded this app months ago and paid $70 dollars for lifetime access and for months now it won’t open, I thought it was because it needed to update out even after I updated it, it still won’t work. I am extremely upset and frustrated because my child can’t enjoy this app that I paid for so if this isn’t fixed I would like my money back because I’m not able to utilize this app that I paid for and I can’t find a customer service number.

  • Charged 15 times in a 2 month period

    Response to Kiki I canceled the subscription that was the first thing I did prior to my 7 day free trial after I canceled you kept charging me so telling me to do something I did is redundant I said I canceled it charged me after that over 15 times in one day I had 15 charges of $7.99 in ONE DAY FOR SANE APP I CANCELED IT THREW MY PHONE I DIDNT JUST DELET MY APP ITS 2021 I’m not brand new I know how to delete apps versus cancel. I had over 30 charges in a two month period I have my bank records to show. I had to do a charge back for $240 when your app charges daily there’s a problem.

    please contact me you keep charging my account. I have over 15 charges I had to cancel my credit card then you start taking it from my Apple Pay. You charged me 3 times $7.99 in one day. Your app didn’t even work I canceled the trial the next day and 2 months later still getting charged. When you try and contact this company it directs you to the app. I’ve gotten nowhere and just when I thought it was over $7.99 more out of my Apple Pay. STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!!! Calling state’s attorneys office next. This is how serious this has become. It’s fraudulent at this point. Please contact me as I have tried to contact your company for help for months.

  • Bug alert

    I downloaded it but that’s all I could do is start it 🤷🏼‍♀️ it wouldn’t let me interact with it at all could you maybe fix this? I’m on an iOS if that helps
  • App down?

    Ive got the life time subscription on another keiki app, my three year old loves it. And as a preschool teacher I do highly recommend. My concern is however, he wanted to play the number and abc puzzles which took us over to another app, which is fine i guess. But the app doesnt have any opening music, once i press skip or it enters into the app, the bottom half of my screen is whit whit the floating activities above. I’m unable to click on any of the activities and nothing happens, i have uninstalled , reinstalled. Closed and reopened. I don’t know why its not working

  • Unable to use application in my daughters iPad

    I purchased an unlimited subscription through my cell phone and I can’t log in or use any of the games in my daughter’s iPad I normally purchased games for my children so they can use it through my family sharing and this app says it’s family sharing compatible and it doesn’t work I can’t even create a login or and it won’t work with my email restarted everything several times logged in and out of my phone and still doesn’t work..I WANT MY REFUND ASAP JUST LIKE YOU WHERE ABLE TO TAKE IT RIGHT OUT🤬

  • Lifetime access

    I love the limited access keiki! I’ve been thinking about getting the lifetime access… So, I haven’t been able to find any information… do not want to purchase lifetime access if it does not work for all Keiki apps. Can you use it for preschool, puzzle, etc? Do you have to purchase subscription for EACH app?!?! Can you use the subscription on multiple devices or JUST ONE?

  • Working on iPad

    I Been trying to download this app on my iPad for my child but it’s not working 😩I tried 5 times to download and unfortunately it’s not working .why is that ?
