Is it possible to be logged in my daughters iPad and my cellphone with one subscription? Because it’s telling me to pay for another plan for her iPad and I’m logged in with the account I created on my iPhone.Msfrancodeanda

When i downloaded the game first when i first tryed to play a game i had to go to settings after it was so fun playing!the game is the most fun

I can’t print out the work pages it cuts it off so I canceled my fee trial I go look at it took $50 out of my bank account I didn’t see it as a big deal but I don’t get full access to all work pages I see it as if I’m going to pay $50 I should get full access without paying additional money I want my money back or give me full access so who do I talk toShow lessghngdgbvgnvg

Doesn’t work all the time
This would be an excellent platform for learning if it would work!! I paid for 6 months and most of the time it is a chase for access, what I mean by this is there is a Wi-Fi symbol with an slash through it that flashes on and off, you have to click it before it disappears. We love the app reported some minor issues that we ran into but one of the big issues is that when I went to log into into another device (so I can get my phone back from my child)I clicked that I had an account and when I logged in it said that my plan was inactive I purchased a lifetime plan thinking I would be able to use this on multiple devices or to at least be able to switch from one device to another. First off, I had already made a claim to refund me my money, because I didn’t want the subscription anyway and I kept getting charged. I received the refund from Apple thankfully and I cancelled the subscription on my account too just to be safe. I received confirmation that it’s canceled, but I am still getting charged!!!! I purchased the lifetime app thinking I could use it on any device connected to my Apple ID unfortunately not the case wish I had read the reviews first it won't give me access to all activities and keeps telling me my email can not be recognized I've communicated with support and feel that I'm getting system generated response I purchased THIS back in May 2021 and my kids can't even enjoy it I'm EXTREMELY disappointed.
UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: Support reached out and helped me with my issue. I can now use the app on all my devices that I have an apple account on. The app itself is a great tool for teaching children through play, it also has helpful printouts for the parents to get them off screen time and interact.
All in all, after gaining access to the app I’ve purchased I’m content with the app, the price I’ve paid, and the current customer support that was given.Show lessExsondra

Wifi function not working
My child can’t play any games hardly because the wifi function won’t work even though I have 4 bars. Also paid SO much money for the full version not to be able to access everythingJayyyybrenaeeeee
