The worst.
Ordered food from a restaurant no more than 10 minutes because I didn’t have transport. The time which it was supposed to be delivered was the same time I placed the order…no sense. An hour later, nothing. The chat support was useless and no help with the same almost automated message about “no rider” being located. 2 hours later? You guessed it: nothing. I never received even an apology message. Just a cancellation. Never again with this app.

Poor customer care
The driver went to the wrong restaurant and my food was delivered late and cold. Customer care did not help resolve the issue. I don’t recommend.
