The worst.
Ordered food from a restaurant no more than 10 minutes because I didn’t have transport. The time which it was supposed to be delivered was the same time I placed the order…no sense. An hour later, nothing. The chat support was useless and no help with the same almost automated message about “no rider” being located. 2 hours later? You guessed it: nothing. I never received even an apology message. Just a cancellation. Never again with this app.Show lessLK_5000
Poor customer care
The driver went to the wrong restaurant and my food was delivered late and cold. Customer care did not help resolve the issue. I don’t recommend.mollsey
