Excellent privacy 1st approach
Full disclosure: I am part of the team working on this app. I think that makes me more knowledgeable not biased. I saw how the sausage was made and I believe in it. This app is from a non-profit foundation trying to help the world find a path forward. The app is solid but only one piece of the puzzle; you need your local Public Healthcare Authority to deploy their services with the app so people know what to do if they test positive. I like that the location data is stored on my phone and no one can see it but me unless I choose to share it. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the Public Health Authority in my state has not adopted this solution so I cannot get full functionality.

Hasn’t done anything for me. Can’t see anyone around me. Accuracy seems poor though.
Great concept and mission, but needs wider adoption to work
I love how the app is designed with privacy in mind and doesn’t track your location using GPS tech.
But the app needs more users for us to receive updates on whether someone we’ve been near is actively exhibiting COVID19 symptoms or not.

Needs work
It's a good idea, I've been using it for over a week now, they just notified me that they are not set up in my area to notify me if I have been exposed so this app is currently useless for me

Health authority
Love the idea but I’m a little lost on how to go about finding urls for local health authorities or any additional health authorities for more location data

Thank you for this app. I was looking for many places where I could track my potential cross paths with a c-vid positive person. And I like that this app actually does care about my privacy and do not download my data.
