  • Timing is wrong

    1m 30s session timed separately as actually being well over 2m 30s. Makes the app pointless.

    The voice and the timer don’t match.

    I enjoy the app but the ads that pop up are unbearable, therefore I am deleting the app 7 days in. Sometimes the ads come on the screen before I can even click the complete button. Today this happened and there was no way to exit the ad.

    Love this app. Needed something rather than sit ups great alternative if you have a bad back or neck
  • Phenomenal app

    I just finished my first 30 day challenge and I absolutely loved using this app! The fact that you can do as many practice planks as you want, makes it next level. The only changes I would recommend is units of five for the practice timer and a way to keep track of how many you’ve done. Overall, I cannot recommend this app enough!

    The easiest of apps to follow.
    No confusion - it does what it says.
    I love the half way countdowns!
  • Pretty good

    Needs the option to synch with a friend to see their progress and you can see yours as well on a different phone.
