Annoying
Right now I have two games made by this company on my tablet this one and Idle Police tycoon. Out of the two this one is a lot more fun. I like the strategy in the game. You really have to plan out how you are going to keep prisoners happy even when you aren’t in the game, so when you come back they aren’t all trying to kill each other. However, my biggest complaint about this game is the ads, I don’t mind watching ads to get what I need, I do mind watching the ad and getting nothing, or watching the ad and the screen goes black so I have to reboot the game and worse still tapping on the watch ad button and nothing happens or worse still an ad pops up and the takes you back to the game after a few minutes. Honestly I’d like to start a riot of my own, it’s aggravating to want to help my prisoners but the game has opted not to let me. I’ve contacted them about this issue and of course they blame the ad providers for the issue. If you look up the fixes for these types of issues in the help section they quickly blame you for the problem. Anyway I don’t think I’ll be playing much longer because it’s nearly impossible without ads or money and I past by the help section for money on my search for ad problems…I wouldn’t dream of paying if they can’t get a simple ad problem right.

Good game but terrible Ad design
The game seems to have good gameplay the problem however has constant missing ads. You can use an ad to collect extra cash or to double your offline pay. However after about an hour you run out of ads and instead the game goes to a blank screen.
The only way to recover is to restart the game. You then lose the money you were trying to get. Including any offline pay. It also resets the prison slightly. Meaning if you had enough food before the stoppage you no longer do and will increase the stress your prisoners have.
There is a solution. Pay for the ad removal. Which is £8.99. Very pricy. If it was more reasonable I would of paid to continue playing.
Looking around this problem has been around for over 5 months. But no sign of a fix. Do yourself a favour. If you don’t want to play the ad removal find another game. You will save yourself a lot of stress.

Would be better if
I feel like this game would be better if there was less adds, maybe you could add a feature that could give you like 10-50,000 cash for dealing with a riot. The game gets a bit repetitive because as soon as I unlocked level 2 it said it was bigger, which was true, but it was only a little bit bigger and everything looked the same. I would also like if you could keep your money because I recently stopped playing when I found out that I had to completely start over again and I do not have enough time to spend on this game. I like the idea of the game but the difficulty on level one decreased and nothing really happened. The prisoners never rioted again after I maxed all the guard upgrades. Maybe you could add a type of riot that prisoners could obtain guns and start fighting back. But overall it is a good game but I recommend these things to spice up the game a little bit.

I download the game around 4 weeks ago and I paid $50 to upgrade my characters and get gems.
I loved the game and so was happy to pay the money to upgrade so I could play without using all my Gems or watching ads but then when half way through a challenge I lost 800 gems when switching prisons. When I emailed for help they said I had to contact them through the in game app, so I left it.
Then I finished the game completely and it only took 4 weeks. I have completed all prisons and am accumulating all this money in all of my completed prisons with no way to move forward.
I have now spent $50 on a game that I can no longer play as I have completed all prisons.
I could still participate in weekly challenges but they are the same two games and any fragments, gems or money I receive is pointless as I can’t spend them as I have completed everything. So now there is nothing left for me to play.
Would have downloaded another game by this developer but now I know that I will complete it in 4 weeks and spend money that will ultimately make me unable to continue. Such a shame as I would have downloaded many other games by this developer if I was able to have longevity in my playing the game.

Meal times
I love this game and I like the fact you’ve got to be smart about money and what you buy it’s great. I’m on the Alcatraz prison right now and have bought all cells for them medium security prison so when all 56 prisoners go to get their meals, it takes too long for all of them and the last 7 prisoners at the back of the queue don’t get food and I’ve upgraded everything in the cafeteria to hope it speeds things up but it doesn’t, do you have any advice or is it the game and they don’t have enough time and it’s something you could fix? Maybe some more upgrades to make them eat quicker? Or is it that they’re just going to be unlucky and I can’t do anything about it? Otherwise 10/10 games and I’m addicted!

Pretty good Idle game
I’ve played a lot of idle games and this one not only has a good amount of content that’s accessible through playing the game and not just locked behind cash shop sort of boosts, but has good customer support. I mentioned to them about a bug and got an answer even at 4am when I sent it in at 1am. And they said they were aware of it and not even two days later an update comes out and sure enough it’s fixed!.
So if your looking for a good idle game that has content that you WILL NOT be finished with in a week or possibly even a month then I’d definitely recommend this one. It’s not too hard to grasp and they have plenty of FAQ’s accessible right in the app should you find yourself confused about something.
7.5/10 not much I would suggest to improve aside from the crashes when you open the app. That’s really my only sticking point.
So if your looking for a good idle game that has content that you WILL NOT be finished with in a week or possibly even a month then I’d definitely recommend this one. Amazing but...
Great game over all just one problem at the start of a prison it’s really fast but it slows down quickly also I would love it if there were more upgrades.

Love this but...
I really do love this game. It is challenging like none other. I’ve plaid other idles by the same group and they are good, but this one is so much better. The one thing that FULLY irks me is the cafeteria and kitchen. My kitchen is fully upgraded and can feed 64 inmates. The whole facility can hold 98 inmates. They get angry if they can’t eat, and the kitchen can’t make enough food even though it’s fully upgraded. And I’m top of that, if the line is too long in the cafeteria, they inmates won’t eat. So every meal I have at least 5 that get turned away because the line was too long. Put those together and you got angry inmates faster than you can count.
There was another review complaining about the inmates throwing riots after logging back in every single time. This is sooooo frustrating because it’s an idle game, you should be able to leave for a couple hours and not have to worry about all of your guards getting killed and you inmates being taken away. I have my guard room upgraded fully but when I log back in after being gone for an hour there is a riot and at least 20 of them get killed. Inmates = money and money = guards. I can’t have inmates without guards and I can’t have guards without inmates.
I am willing to change my review if things are fixed. But until then.
