Cool game when it’s working
Their help desk was useless and said the server was just full all the time...but I was already logged in and playing when the issue would occur. They eventually stopped responding. Wouldn’t recommend wasting time or money on it.

Great game! But...
I am however upset that their latest event with the Aliens that they expect us to pay 1000 diamonds for both Cell modules! That is a disgrace! Your previous event the iron island never had that. Who of your greedy executives decided on that?

Hi, The weekly event is a voluntary challenge that won't affect your normal progress in the regular game. You will be able to complete all the permanent content without playing it or spending extra money. In any case, we have shared this info with the team. You can pay to avoid the ads but it is quite pricey and doesn’t transfer to the other games by this developer with the same concept.

Hi, Did you consider watching those ads which fit in your growth strategy? You are not forced to watch ads all the time, but at some moment it could help. That is why they are offered regularly. As they never pop out during the game, you could change your playing experience by yourself. Best
Great game but......
There are a few small issues I have found while playing and one seems to be a common complaint. The game crashes constantly. Not every 5 minutes, but is constant enough that it is irritating. Losing the x2 income buff after switching to another prison and then coming back was annoying, but seems to either be resolved or working better now.
My biggest issue is the way the game will use your gems instantly with no option to confirm spending. Twice now I have clicked on a new section to build, and after a few seconds without loading, I click on the screen again or press and hold my finger down, and if you are unlucky enough that you have pressed near the “complete now” button, you can kiss those gems goodbye. Even if you haven’t taken your finger off the screen and drag it to away from the button, the moment your finger comes off it registers the purchase.
Please implement an option if possible that gives customers the option to confirm the usage of gems.

Keeps Crashing
Still needs some work
Things like prisoners not getting fed, my kitchen is fully upgraded, my dining hall is fully upgraded and I have maxed out the number of cooks I can have yet my prisoners get to the dining hall and turn around walking out. There is enough food and enough seats and I have fully upgraded everything but they still walk out like the line is too long but I can’t do nothing about that as I said EVERYTHING IS FULLY UPGRADED.
Hopefully an update could fix this issue because I like happy prisoners.

Update: I managed to fix this by deleting the game and downloading it again. not only did this fix it the whole reseting stuff my my progress stayed with me. So 5 stars.
