Cool game when it’s working

I enjoyed it lots and even put money on this game...but it wasn’t long before it stopped working. Their newest event prison caused issues that prevented me from playing the entire game more often than not, which is frustrating as it’s a time based game.
Their help desk was useless and said the server was just full all the time...but I was already logged in and playing when the issue would occur. They eventually stopped responding. Wouldn’t recommend wasting time or money on it.

Great game! But...

I have really enjoyed this game. I would say it’s been about a month. I paid to have ads removed which is sooooo nice!
I am however upset that their latest event with the Aliens that they expect us to pay 1000 diamonds for both Cell modules! That is a disgrace! Your previous event the iron island never had that. Who of your greedy executives decided on that?

Hi, The weekly event is a voluntary challenge that won't affect your normal progress in the regular game. You will be able to complete all the permanent content without playing it or spending extra money. In any case, we have shared this info with the team. Love it

I love this game. It’s very fun and constructive. There is some waiting but that makes it kind of addictive. There are ads to speed things up but eventually you end up watching lots.

You can pay to avoid the ads but it is quite pricey and doesn’t transfer to the other games by this developer with the same concept.

Hi, Did you consider watching those ads which fit in your growth strategy? You are not forced to watch ads all the time, but at some moment it could help. That is why they are offered regularly. As they never pop out during the game, you could change your playing experience by yourself. Best

Great game but......

Recently downloaded the game and am enjoying it. While the first couple of prisons are quick to finish, I quite enjoy the increase in timeframe to unlock further content. I believe it gives it a longer gaming life. Events are interesting and fun, and give occasionally give a competitive edge, where you are compared to others players and have access to more buildings and options at the cost of gems, but you can enjoy the game without these.

There are a few small issues I have found while playing and one seems to be a common complaint. The game crashes constantly. Not every 5 minutes, but is constant enough that it is irritating. Losing the x2 income buff after switching to another prison and then coming back was annoying, but seems to either be resolved or working better now.

My biggest issue is the way the game will use your gems instantly with no option to confirm spending. Twice now I have clicked on a new section to build, and after a few seconds without loading, I click on the screen again or press and hold my finger down, and if you are unlucky enough that you have pressed near the “complete now” button, you can kiss those gems goodbye. Even if you haven’t taken your finger off the screen and drag it to away from the button, the moment your finger comes off it registers the purchase.

Please implement an option if possible that gives customers the option to confirm the usage of gems.

Very cool game but...

I have played this game for a few hours now and starting off was fun there was stuff to do pretty much constantly. But as I made my way up in the starting prison it gets a bit “slow” in the sense that you have to wait for the prisoners to leave then new ones come and stuff does get a bit pricey. It’s kinda a long process. But overall good game!

Keeps Crashing

Super fun game and I really enjoy it, however it keeps crashing whenever I try to watch ads to speed duplicate my earnings, often leading me to lose the money I got while away from the game, it’s super frustrating especially when I’m trying to build new areas

Still needs some work

I’m sure just like other players I have spent money on this game too, I really do enjoy playing this and seeing how far along I can get. This is probably the longest I’ve been interested in a game because there is so much to do.

Things like prisoners not getting fed, my kitchen is fully upgraded, my dining hall is fully upgraded and I have maxed out the number of cooks I can have yet my prisoners get to the dining hall and turn around walking out. There is enough food and enough seats and I have fully upgraded everything but they still walk out like the line is too long but I can’t do nothing about that as I said EVERYTHING IS FULLY UPGRADED.

Hopefully an update could fix this issue because I like happy prisoners.

lots of issues

Some of the issues I’ve noticed have to do with when the prisoners eat. If you have 48 prisoners and the cafeteria can hold 48 of the prisoners, and it’s lunch time there’s always prisoners who turn around and don’t eat. It’s not just 1 or 2 it will be 18 because they don’t want to wait on a line. Also if you leave the game and come back you’ll find the cooks don’t make the full amount of meals. If you have 48 prisoners and you leave or return at the wrong time your cooks will only sometimes cook 14-18 of the 48 required meals. Then there is the janitors. I’m not sure why but it doesn’t take 14 Janitors to deliver 4 carts of clean clothing. The janitors all stop cleaning at 4am to deliver clothes meanwhile only 3-4 of them will grab the carts, so the prison is a mess because the game tells all janitors at this time that they are required to go to the laundry room. By the time half of them are even on there way back all the carts are grabbed and on there way to the cell blocks. It’s a waste of time for all janitors to stop what they are doing for something 3-4 can handle. Overall the game is fun there’s lot of issues with what the characters are doing.

Vladistenko Bug

I looooooove the game! I have a slight problem in the Vladistenko Penitentiary... All of my prisoners in one sector run to the cafeteria during meal time and despite having all of their meals prepared, only 2/3 of the sector’s prisoners can get in. A note saying “prisoners are not getting fed” shows up and my prisoners start getting mad, but all the seats are there and all the meals are there. Fix please!

Other than that, I really love this game! Such a great way to pass time.

Awesome but.....

I’ve only been playing for a couple days and it is very fun but slow and even worse the game hasn’t been saving. What i mean is that when I go off and come back the upgrades I had reset, like my prison cells were maxed but after coming back the other day guess what I saw? My upgrades reset a couple levels oh not only did my upgrades reset my released prisoners also were reset back to 22

Update: I managed to fix this by deleting the game and downloading it again. not only did this fix it the whole reseting stuff my my progress stayed with me. So 5 stars.
