Works well enough when it works
This app works ok. The iPhone app clearly is their focus as this app doesn’t seem to have improved at all.
I’m having a major issue where I can log in but then can’t view the cameras as it asks to change the camera password.
At the same time the cams can be viewed just fine on my phone.cjlockup
Unreliable
Unable to open far too often , have to reload, not happy at all. Fix this app, I’m looking for a reliable app.🤬Nev P
Not fit for purpose
Poorly designed and doesn’t actually work once you close it down and open it back up. Error message keeps saying device password has been changed on other client.

Glitchy and frustrating
The app keeps loosing connection and glitching , wastes a lot of time to get simple recordings or reviewing of footagePizing82
Needs an update
Come on Dauha, customers pay 1000s for your cctv kit and you have an old poorly maintained iPad app… the iPhone app isn’t much better either with bugs in almost every update.
As a company were thinking of moving to another company altogether as support as absolutely useless and passes the blame onto 3rd party’s or the internet connection….🙄Show less2smooth45
Works on MacOs too
i have the app on my iphone and ipad curiously downloaded it on my mac and suprisingly it works and very well at thatPeeWee P.
Not up to the job
This is not fit to use for a CCTV system. The main reason most people will want to be able to view their cameras on a mobile phone or tablet is to see what is happening when away from home and/or after receiving notification of an event.
This app does not allow this. You can’t view any ‘event’ footage until about 10 mins after the event occurred and it will not allow you to search for ‘smart’ events such as a tripwire activation. The icon is there but it does not work.
What is the point of a surveillance system if you cannot view events whilst away from home until after the potential burglar etc has been and gone?Show lessIbismojo-er
