  • They charge you during the ‘free’ trial

I canceled immediately and they still charged me.
  • I can’t cancel my subscription

The app sometimes does not work and then when I try to cancel my subscription I can’t!
Do not try it for free because if you don’t like the app you won’t be able to cancel it!

Hi Macamri, The apps on iOS require you to cancel your subscription through the App Store. Have you tried that? We have no control over this.
  • Great App!

Great technology when working Ruth kids with special needs!
  • Great tool! Easy to use!

I am not non verbal but my sister was for 3 years and she would scribble on pieces of paper. This would have helped her immensely!
  • Charged me

It’s saying there’s a three day trial and then a subscription. It charged me immediately.

    Apple did refund.

    Developer Response

Hi Scott, sorry for your inconvenience. This seems like an issue with Apple billing. They handle in-app purchases directly and they should be able to refund your billing issue immediately. Also, if you send us your apple ID email to matt@sweatmtn.com, I can help make sure you get a 100% refund as well. Also, for your inconvenience we will send you a couple promo codes. Happy New Year!
  • Poor selection

As an AAC student, this app barely covers the basics for what is required in an AAC device. The pictures seem fun, animated and interactive at first. But if you know anything about the basics of of symbol hierarchy/iconicity, then you know that these symbols are very opaque and abstract rather than transparent and concrete. Symbols should be clear and simple. Following this, the selection is extremely limited and there is no option for you to add or edit the options given to you. The sentences are already built, you cannot build your own. A talking emoji pops up and enables you from continuing your sentence once you’ve selected an option. Not a realistic app to use for true AAC, might be able to use it for fun with a pre-communicative toddler.
