App crashes once I set up an account on my iPhone 8. Please fix. Renders app unusable

Been using on my iPhone. It only works half the time. It seems to shut off if there is a long pause when peeing. Great idea, but have to throw out half of datapoints as far as I can tell

Please contact us at support@SoundableHealth.comInitially after installing the app, I got multiple pop ups while attempting to use the app telling me my iPhone 12 was not a compatible / supported device and my results might not be accurate . I could click through that and still measure/ record. Eventually that pop up went away but a problem I still have is that the app almost always fails to record / measure the first void of the day; it always delivers the “oops, something went wrong message”.

I just have to say this. Uroflow can’t be easier than this! No bluetooth paring with other device to be installed on the toilet. All I had to do was to get this app, and take my phone to the bathroom and shoot!! I love the technology whatever you did for this!!!
