I hate Apple Cash
Apple refuses to give me a refund for not canceling the subscription on time and I’m assuming it’s because the merchant said no. Bc yes let’s just charge me 49.99$ for something I don’t want or need or can afford. At this point I’d just be calling my bank but since it was in apple. SmhDeveloper Response

If you are a Word user, this is a great app to save your time. There're hundreds of different templates that are updated constantly and you don't have to create anything from the scratch anymore. Big recommendations, easy to use!Great app

When you select text to replace it the keyboard doesn’t come up so you can’t replace the template text and use your own copy.Developer Response

I was forced to pay for the full subscription even though I already paid for the full package. Save your receipt for this one because this company will "lose" your subscription and ask you to prove that you own it. Unfortunately for me it was months after I purchased it and I didn't save the receipt. :(Show lessDeveloper Response
If clicking Restore Purchases does not help, please try deleting the app from the Applications folder, go to the App Store, make sure you are signed in with a correct Apple ID and redownload the app. When you run it, it should activate automatically, but in case it doesn't - simply click Restore Purchases.
