Waste of time
This app was advertised as after hours urgent care. After about 10 minutes of questions, they offered to make an appointment with an orthopedic which I could do myself online. definitely not any type of urgent care.
Quick and convenient
Was able to speak with a representative in less than three minutes! This is a super great resource and they were linking up with my local ortho practice and was able to coordinate an appointment for the same week.

Was great when it was first released
When I first used the app, the individuals you messaged were helpful and would at least give advice. Now they just tell you to “make an appointment with your doctor”. You take the time to upload information, explain in detail what’s going on and they just tell you to visit the doctor.
Waste of time
It’s just a glorified app for Anderson to get new clients. Person with broken english provided no assistance and just said “book an appointment”.

Just wanted to let everyone know I received communication back in under 5 minutes for my questions about my daughters hamstring. Gave me good advice and referred me to a clinic for more help if needed.

This is a wonderful app. It saved me a trip to the Dr’s office. Dr. Miller gave me a treatment plan to try before needing to be seen. Definitely recommend!

Thankful to be able to contact a doctor about a recent injury... I hope to not need this app again but very reassuring to know it is here to use. Very quick response!
Excellent advice!
I twisted my ankle on the trails tonight and my ankle swelled up immediately. I would have gone to Urgent Care and waited 3 hours if I hadn’t used this app. They saved me a bunch of money, time, and potential exposure to COVID. If you’re active, you NEED this app!
