Annoying Marketing

I wanted to test the full app before subscribing. Most features are not available for testing. The ones that are available can’t be tested without annoying screens constantly reminding you to subscribe! I got frustrated after just a couple of minutes and then gave up. I can’t believe anybody thinks is is a good way to sell subscriptions! Plus, I’m sick and tired of all the apps with subscriptions. Enough already! Allow users to test the full app in peace for a limited time, then offer them to buy the app for a one-time payment afterwards!

Hello. The basic package is available for free and does not require a subscription. The subscription is required for premium functions. We hope you will be happy with our app.

Cannot connect

A hearing test with an expert is part of the service. I’ve done everything I can think of of connect with them but it always fails and suggests I try again later. There’s no option to send an email or call them. I can’t use this app as it is and that’s disappointing! I had high hopes for it.

Please refund my payment to you. The app does not work with out a hearing test and the expert hearing test does not pick up. I Pressed start but after ringing no one picked up.

I cannot use the app without the test!

So I cannot use the app !

No mention of requiring a test to use the app is mentioned anywhere before paying for your app.

This constitutes fraud, probably.

Hello The basic package including testing, automatic adjustment, and 4 basic formulas of amplification, the mode of quiet sounds amplification, etc., is available for free and does not require a subscription.
