Please refund my payment to you. The app does not work with out a hearing test and the expert hearing test does not pick up. I Pressed start but after ringing no one picked up.
I cannot use the app without the test!

Hello The basic package including testing, automatic adjustment, and 4 basic formulas of amplification, the mode of quiet sounds amplification, etc., is available for free and does not require a subscription.

I have moderate hearing loss in both ears and struggle to hear people particularly in crowded loud rooms. I have yet to try this at home watching TV but can vouch for it doing an incredible job at train stations and airports where its often hard for people with perfect hearing to hear what's going on.
