Absolutely horrible
Do not get fronius I repeat you will be on site for 3 hours just trying to get the app going. Its not worth the time and effort
Next to useless
This is the app you get when you design one without reference to an end user out in the wild: complicated, unintuitive with dead end broken navigations. I would love to use it but enquiries to the Australian and Global offices are met with typical corporate silence. Clearly the developers created an app for themselves. Given up.

Nothing to review.
Bring back the old version
We found the first version easy & simple to use. To be able to see which panels are working and at what capacity would be great. Once our solar was in our installer didn’t want to know us.
Ugh
Terrible! Worse than the solar.web app. Has a clunky handover with the Fronius webserver on the device and gets caught in an infinite loop which means you can’t progress. Firmware update interface is dumb, no mechanism to upload to the inverter.
Fronius - what a joke
This app is an absolute joke this has been developed by aliens, the app is not at all intuitive. I would have expected the process to be simple but no such luck. It has frustrated me no end and the interface is clunky and very dated. I’m not at all impressed so far!
Unable to log into app with modern email address.
App will not allow you to login with modern email addresses such as .systems .technology etc.
Supposedly a quality product: but the apps?
The apps, web interface, and documentation provided by Fronius for their inverters and other products are generally of unacceptable quality. This app, which is supposed to assist in the set-up and WiFi connection of inverters and other devices, seems to have been developed with complete disregard for typical user needs, exceptions occurring during routine use, or even slightly unusual situations, such as connecting an additional inverter to an existing system. I wasted much time reading through extensive but superficial documentation, watching pointless videos, and trying many different options (as I’m a knowledgeable user) before calling the help desk. My installation, which was not particularly unusual, simply could not have been completed without the assistance of the help desk. Fronius needs to take a long, hard look at their SW products and documentation, and have some consideration for customers and other users. The observation that they don’t even seem to bother with acknowledging recent reviews on the App Store probably says something about their attitude to their customers. Unacceptable and disappointing. I feel the relatively high price of their products is unjustified and would not recommend them.

This App is very poorly designed. Not user friendly. Complete rewrite needed
What a disappointment
The steps I had to go through to get data from my inverter was truely unbelieveable. From poor documentation to missing information that was only found by googling; to a totally unreliable set of IOS apps and web site. I have set up other brands inverters and had no problems but Fronius, I will certainly look elsewhere if I need to get another soler inverter.
