Offline and warranty registration fault
I registered the product and then attempted to apply for the Fronius 5+5 warranty but message kept coming up ‘warranty selection Incomplete (1/1)’. I tried multiple times without any luck at all. FAILURE 1👎
THEN the solar.web current power isn’t providing information as its constantly offline. I’ve logged in and out multiple times but OFFLINE so I really I can’t access what I thought was going to be some great information. FAILURE 2👎
Sadly, my rating is only 1 star as the app only had a 1 hour lifespan and I still access the free extended 5+5 warranty.
