Finally got it to work on iPad but not able to get it on iPhone .
I use to be able to get just my checking bal and only get all accounts if I signed in with fingerprint. When I tried to update the app on my iPhone my only option is mycufinance on App Store .
It requests my user name and password did not accept what I know is correct told me to call a number that brings me to cc.
They told me delete and reinstall. I deleted and went to App Store same stupid problem. This was a very bad install!
Now I have removed my app on my iPhone and no longer have the convenience of just checking my checking account balance on the fly.

I’ve tried to register but it says an email is already on file. So then I go to the “forgot my password” and “forgot my username” options to log in, and when I submit, it says “we have a different answer on file.”
An answer for what? No question was asked. It’s like it’s giving me a response for a security question they never posed to me. Annoying and currently unusable for me.Show less
