Terrible app
Unresponsive support team. Cannot delete the credit card from the account once it is added and cannot get anyone from the support team to respond to my inquiries for help to protect my financial information.

Horrible, avoid if you can!
It took 40 minutes and then it said it’d been delivered, it was not true. So, I spoke with the stadium guest services and nothing could be done at the time. A shame!
App is clunky and they don’t correct wrong orders
If you already have an account and your card is expired, there is no way to correct it if you order with an expired card. They also get orders wrong frequently and make no effort to correct them. Use a credit card that has a good dispute service if you’re going to use this app at all. My recommendation is to not use this app.

Where Has This Been My Whole Life?!
I love this app & the StadiumDrop service! Nothing worse than standing in line at Dallas Cowboys games or college games for food. StadiumDrop brings food right to me fast!!!
Event or App?
Just scanned QR code, got out of the line to order food and app says “event not taking new orders” only 1 hour into game. Very frustrating!!
Terrible App/Lacks Detail
This app lacks detail. Only list feature foods. Would be nice if all available foods was listed with location and pricing so we won’t be running all around the stadium to figure out what we want and from where! Deleting it’s useless!
