I can’t believe I had to pay for this app when there’s absolutely one actual Food item and misc drink items to select from …it does NOT have a FULL MENU selection to choose from!!!

So fast but prices,fees, lack of condiments and napkins A disappointing experience that is easily remedied.

Be careful or you could spend $20 on one item and have it delivered to someone random

App is not great, I expect early in development. I accidentally chose 2 pretzels but could not reduce the number to zero so I could never order.

Great and quick service that allows you to stay engaged with the game and not waiting in a lines for you food and beer.

No doubt worth it. While waiting for the food we saw a double play turned and a home run hit. If I was in line would’ve missed it.
Food was hot, server was nice and polite and they brought plenty of sauce for the food overall 5 stars. Ordered the corn dog meal and my beer came cold!

Absolutely love using the StadiumDrop app. Everything is fast, convenient and always as I ordered it. Runners area friendly and very polite.
Had a question, and the Founder of the company emailed me back directly. Who even does that level of service anymore.

Don’t work for them they don’t give you the tips you earn which is illegal and don’t care about your well being at all they only care about making money. I never got the tips that they promised me!

Paying our folks is absolutely the number 1 priority, and while making money is apart of running a business, our people are our number one priority and exactly why we worked to get everyone paid correctly, and this issue was settled. We apologize for any inconvenience, and can’t wait to see you all again on game day.
Not great. Not functional. Edited to 4 stars
App does not update the next ballgame in a timely manner. No way I can see to delete an order. My order from last night is stuck, can’t delete it, and can’t see the menu for game starting at 4pm. App keeps reverting to last nights game. Overall not very effective. Avoid.

Programmer contacted me directly to resolve issues. Very nice to have that level of care in problem solving.
Always check your order BEFORE the runner leaves. You may be short.
Would leave five stars if runner got my order right and if AT&T LTE did not hamper app functionality. It takes a long time for it to load on two bars, hanging up in the process of order validation. Backing up takes time as does adjusting the quantity.

Glitchy, can’t order.
All throughout the game.
First download then make an account then add everything into your cart to be told nah they’re too busy. Tried 3 times throughout game, seems useless.
