Code 106
I have 2 power bolts batteries, that refuse to update. I keep getting code 106. Customer support told me I have to send in my batteries so they could do the update (and what am I supposed to tattoo with in the meantime?). My flux is great but has been problematic ever since the last update, and now I can’t update it to fix the current issue

Don’t update!
Yep right when I got my machine the first thing I did was the update now it has a flashing blue light and about 4hrs of battery life. I called they said I would have to send it in,but I guess an update is in the works which would fix the problem. That was a few months ago. Quite disappointed.
Worked for a couple weeks and now it won’t connect
When the app did work it was amazing. I could easily change give with the egive function and go from line work to shading without changing my machines.
Since the last firmware update neither of my lightning bolt battery packs will connect to the app and the Bluetooth won’t shut off. With Bluetooth on the battery charge dies much quicker.
I’ve reached out to the company many times about this issue (both Darklab and fk irons) and the only response that I have received is “the issue should be fixed in a week or two”. That was 4 months ago.
I like the products this company makes but it also feels like their tech department likes to make flashy videos more than working software.

Not Lighting bolt friendly
Can not access lightingbolt battery other than the updates
It will kill your battery
I tried to connect and update my battery and now it blinks with a blue light when turning on and last no where near what it used to. I’ve had times where I charge the battery all the way and it will die two seconds after I turn it on. This is ridiculous DO NOT USE THIS APP. There is nothing useful on it, it was severely rushed, and it ruins your battery.

Don’t work
I bought one with two power bolts and it keeps saying update firmware,I do ,and it just repeats.So it works for my lightning bolt but not the flux,crazy.Plus battery only last about 3 hours
Update makes the flux unusable
Updated it and now returning the product
Bad app
Had my EXO for a week . After conected with the app and updated firmware, power bolt stoped to work. Waiting for fixing. App doesn’t work at all
Needs bugs squashed
Killed one battery and has made two new ones glitchy as hell. Don’t use until this is fixed, you’ll regret it.
Warning: Flux users DO NOT connect
The “firmware update” locks your batteries and they become inoperable… seems they are still working out the glitches… In the meantime if you’re a flux user I would not try to pair your devices until these are fixed…
