Too hard to get ahead
Like other reviews say, it’s too hard to get ahead and upgrades are WAY too expensive. I’m only new to the game and spent less than three minutes on it today and still can’t get past the level I was on yesterday. Yes developers - even after my daily reward and passive income- still not enough for any of the ridiculously expensive upgrades. I was also not offered any ads to watch either. Hope these reviews are considered because there are a plethora of more user-friendly and enjoyable time management games out there.

Fun to play
Love this game. Has some challenging levels but fair and can be won by using wild cards. After all, the challenge is the fun right?
Love how we can win diamonds, extra money and wild cards by watching ads.
A great suggestion would be able to play the previous levels while waiting for the updates. That way you won’t lose valuable players 🙂

Diamonds not working
Hi I love this game. I was very excited when the new property was release it worked really well till the latest update. Now with the Diamond won through watching ads they don’t work. I can see them but when I go to buy an upgrade with them doesn’t register them and it keeps sending me to the buy now screen even though I have 54 I’m not able to buy anything that costs more then 3 diamonds. Please please fix this I really want to play again.

A good game, with a short-coming... In money.
This game is nice, and reminds me of Cooking Diary, but I’m stuck... And I can’t progress.
Regardless of how many times I retry a level (even one with the speed boost on Oliver) I earn nothing and the primary objective of the game is to steadily upgrade equipment using the money you earn. I am stuck at 12 coins and cannot upgrade my equipment at all—I am only on level 15. It appears the game wanted you to level up the prices of goods, but I was focused on the time it took to produce the goods. Now, I’m at a stalemate—I cannot earn enough coins to complete a level.
Overall, it’s a good game; it would be nicer if you were able to keep some if not all the coins you earned through your failed retries so there was hope you could upgrade something for a higher chance of success your next try. At the moment, I am stuck waiting for money from some other source like daily rewards or passive money from in-game locations... Which is 3 hours later. But perhaps for some people by that time, interest in the game may dwindle.

Watching ads or regular collection of passive income from a hotel will allow you to move on even if you are stuck. Paying is optional!
Lots of fun!
Honestly, this game is super fun! I’ve been playing it nonstop and really like how challenging the levels can be. I guess my only complaint as far as the gameplay goes is the inability to play levels in the motels/hotels you’ve already beaten. I get that there’s not really any benefits that can come from playing at the other locations, but it would be more interesting to add an initiative. Gems are hard to come by, so by adding achievements that award the player with gems/coins/boosts from all the different locations would make the gameplay more diverse and would give the players a chance to revisit the locations they have already beaten. Other than that, I really do enjoy this game and will eagerly await the next update. Keep up the great work!

Awesome, Awesome, AWESOME
Did I mention this is an awesome game? Great graphics, playability, tough but mostly fair. One idea for a new feature is being able to replay levels. This way we could still play while waiting for updates. Thanks for the fun! Will you update so we can replay levels while waiting? Cheers.

New update
After you use the bus in the tutorial on level 16 at the golden coast motel, there is a glitch where the bus doesn’t come and the characters just walk on the spot and the level does not continue

Just a few things l...
I don’t normally review games, they’re either good or they’re not 🤷♀️ I have been loving this game. It’s a great time filler and it’s fun! However, there are a few things that could be fixed to help make the game even better.
1. The coins and gems.. so far I haven’t had too hard of a time collecting coins, but gems are hard to come by. And since you have to have those to upgrade, then it makes it almost impossible to pass the levels. I have spent real money because I got tired of repeating the same level over and over again, so I decided I would just buy gems just so I could upgrade a few things. I have no problem purchases with real money once in a great while, but I’m not doing it all the time. Maybe come up with different ways to earn the gems other than the gift boxes you get for passing levels.
2. Please take away the confusion of the little guy!! It throws everything off and takes up time when you’re trying to get him to do other things. Which, again, makes it hard to pass levels that are already impossible to pass.
3. I go through the little tutorial when you add a new booster, and every single time it ends up freezing. So, I either have to quit the game I’m on or exit out of the game completely. I’ve had this happen OCCASIONALLY with other games in the past, but never this much. And every time I have to quit, it takes a life away.

I have never written a review for a game before. I felt that I needed to write one for this game. This game is awesome!!! I hate that people are putting it down so much because you have to buy things. You DO NOT have to buy anything. I bought nothing and finished the whole first hotel. I passed level 40 and got the new hotel and didn’t spend a thing! If it was super easy, it wouldn’t be fun! The only issue I have now is that it won’t let me put the first guest in a room and it won’t let me upgrade. So I’m stuck at the first level of the new hotel and can’t play. I will just be patient however because I know that the new level just came out. There’s bound to be bugs. I can’t wait until I can play again!!!! Great job on this game! Please fix it so I can play! 😀🤓 definitely worth more than 5 stars!💙

Not truly free, actually Pay to play!!!
Seriously do not get this game!!!The two things I'm having a major problem with are how long it takes for the upgrades to load come on 3 hours just for one thing to actually upgrade is ridiculous. Second thing is how long it takes to actually get gems so you have to pay to play. You must pass levels to get gems, you have to upgrade your items using gems, then speed it up because it takes 2-3hours for it to upgrade. No upgrades means you're not going to pass the levels to get the gems offered in the game. Thus making it impossible to play without paying!
UPDATE: Per the developers response, I tried to beat the game without purchasing the product from said game and it was impossible. Do us all a favor and stop lying. You know it's impossible you only want people to pay you to play the game.
