Don’t work anymore
I loved this game. But the last update I lost my game and it is only partially reset. I get to the correct level but my boosters are gone and says not available until level 7. I’m on level 54 on the 5 th hotel. So I had to delete it
Too hard
The game was fun and challenging until you added extra hotel levels to existing hotels. Now it’s practically impossible to finish levels without paying money or adding extra customers with gems. When you only get 22/33likes for a level that you fully completed “on time”, that’s an issue with the game. It’s impossible to get enough silver coins for the upgrades. Maybe the hotel could start hanging out silver coins every 4 hrs, even just 50 or 100 would be something!

Sucky update
Your last update comes up even when finished a hotel you can go back to it and insisting I click on the world button but it won’t let me click the world button to continue my game and now I cannot collect my daily prize and I am on day 7

Fun game but sometimes too hard
Am really enjoying this game but some of the levels seem to be a bit impossible unless you spend money. I am currently stuck on a level and have used sooo many lives on it. I have done everything within the green time limit for each customer and they have all given me the heart eyes but I am still short on the money goal for the level. I don’t have enough money or gems to upgrade anything else and no other levels are playable to earn more gems or money. Stuck in a rut now of constantly replaying the same level hoping for a different outcome.

Meh
This is a cool game! But too many things are to be bought with your actual money. There is little to no options to be able to purchase coins or diamonds like most games. You also don’t get a lot to start with as a new player. Everything is literally having to BUY so you can get something rather than having options to gain more coins and diamonds to get a booster and whatnot. It’s a cool game, but you lose interest fast due to this reason! Other games have options for coins and all that, why is this one different

Loading
Level 6 will not load. It just sits there. It’s not my wifi or my connection.

There indeed were issues with loading the game recently, and for now they shall be fixed. If you are still experiencing such issues, please try to restart the game, it's required for our fix to be applied. In case that won't help as well, please contact our support service.
The best game like this
You can actually play and win the game without having to buy extras. No “energy” so you can play as long as you want if you keep winning. And the wait isn’t too bad once you run out of hearts.
My issues is that I’m not sure if they updated it recently or somehow my internet is messing up but I can no longer watch ads to earn extra diamonds or coins. Normally they make it so every 4 hours you can watch an ad to get diamonds but now it’s been 15 hours and the times change so they will sometimes reset the timer or it will be 4 hours waiting but when I hit watch ad it won’t pop up and it’s doing the same with the hearts normally they are 20 minute wait but lately it can be hours and hours before you get another heart to play again. And then they have after you win around you can double your rewards but it’s no longer loading the ad to do that most of the time. Again maybe it’s somehow my phone and internet but I’m not sure how my phone could cause the hours to go up on the diamond ads and heart replenishing... 🤷♀️ but I love the game. Fix that new glitch and it’s 5 stars from me!

Great Game
When can we expect more Hotels? This game is lots of fun.

It’s a fun game but...
It’s a fun game but once you get to a certain level, it becomes virtually impossible to beat making the game un fun. If I wanted a mastermind game I would’ve downloaded it. the algorithms require you to use most of your coins & diamonds earned in one world before it lets you proceed to the next. Then once you get to the world that I am referencing with the magic carpet and try to use your perk awards (the customer who spends a lot of money, the one where no matter what room they go to the colors will still count, & the speedy shoes) then the round will throw in extra things that they weren’t before you pressed to use the perk. I screen recorded to show my tech buddy to make sure I wasn’t tripping. Then they run ads all of the time so they’re making money from it but do things like that to attempt to manipulate you to spend money. Thankfully I haven’t but I’ll probably be deleting this game and just downloading the original door dash. Don’t have these problems with their games.
